Gartner 預測，2019年個人電腦（PC）、平板和手機等裝置全球出貨量將下滑3.7%，其中目前全球使用中的手機數量超過50億支，在歷經多年成長後，智慧型手機市場已經接近轉折點。2019年智慧型手機銷售量將下滑3.2%，面臨該裝置市場歷來最大跌幅。
Gartner 資深研究總監 Ranjit Atwal 表示：「由於新功能的吸引力有限，讓消費者選擇延長智慧型手機的使用年限。」Android 和 iOS 的頂級機種使用壽命在2019年底前將繼續延長，主要原因在於這些手機的品質和技術功能都已大幅提升，消費者多認為其具有值得使用兩年以上的高價值。

消費者正面臨接受新技術和應用的瓶頸，Ranjit Atwal 認為：「除非裝置能提供特別的新用途、效率或體驗，否則使用者不容易有升級手機的需求。」

2023年前5G手機市佔率將持續增長
具備5G連網功能的手機，市佔率將從2020年的10%增加到2023年的56%。Ranjit Atwal 指出：「主流手機廠商將希望透過5G連網技術，帶動既有4G手機的換機潮。不過，未來五年內全球推出商用5G網路的通訊服務供應商（CSP）將不到一半。」

Ranjit Atwa l進一步補充：「目前已有十幾家服務商在多個市場推出商用5G服務。為確保智慧型手機銷售再度上揚，手機供應商已開始強調5G的性能特色，例如高速、網路可用性（availability）和強化的安全防護。一旦供應商推出具體計畫，讓服務更符合預期的初期表現效能，我們認為2023年5G手機佔有率將達到所有手機銷售量的一半以上。2020年智慧型手機市場可望在5G帶動下恢復成長，成長率為2.9%。」

Gartner 資深研究總監呂俊寬（CK Lu）表示：「雖然台灣市場也正在為5G手機做準備，但目前尚未完全發掘5G將帶來的手機革命，而僅停留在討論更高的傳輸量，例如更好的影片畫質和下載速度。然而從 on-device AI（終端裝置人工智慧）的角度來看，5G的低延遲亦可以將手機和雲端無縫串連，AR 也將藉由5G提供更好的使用者體驗。」

5G所影響的不只是手機，如最近公布的 Gartner 物聯網預測報告（Gartner IoT forecast）顯示， 2020到2023年間5G端點裝機量將成長14倍，從350萬台增加到4,860萬台。儘管未來5G端點將只佔整體物聯網（IoT）端點2.1%，2028年裝機量仍將達到3.24億台。

Ranjit Atwal 指出：「2020年時，甚至連頂級 Ultramobile 裝置都可能納入5G功能，提升產品的銷售吸引力。」
2019年PC裝置趨勢
儘管2019年第二季全球 PC 出貨量總計6,300萬台且成長1.5%，今年 PC 需求仍因外部經濟情勢不明而有較大變數。Gartner 預估2019年 PC 出貨量總計2.56億台，較2018年下滑1.5%。

2019年消費性 PC 市場將下滑9.8%，整體市場佔比降至40%以下。隨著消費性 PC 的生命週期增長，2023年前裝置換機數將減少1,000萬台；而 Windows 10升級熱潮也逐漸達到頂點，2020年商用 PC 銷售量將在連續成長三年之後下滑3.9%。

Ranjit Atwal 表示：「PC 市場版圖正在面臨變化，消費性 PC 市場需要能滿足特定消費者任務需求的高價值產品，例如電競專用機種。PC 廠商同樣必須面對潛在關稅或英國脫歐（Brexit）紛擾所帶來的不確定性，最終勢必改變商業模式，以收取服務年費做為收入來源，而非受制於資本支出的起伏。」

說到洗衣機品牌，對 LG 一定不陌生，不管是直立式、滾桶式，都有一系列不同容量與功能的機型可以選擇，而在 LG TWINWash 雙能洗洗衣機引進台灣後，立刻受到台灣消費者的喜愛，這種將衣服分類放置洗衣機清洗的方式，不僅省時，又能依不同需求兼顧衣服質，例如深色與淺色分類、成人與嬰兒衣物分開、材質不同也可分開清洗…等。而根據 LG 內部統計，台灣消費者有 76% 的比例，偏好將衣服分開清洗，因此 LG TWINWash 系列在市場接受度相當高，成長幅度也相當大，LG 也以台灣市場為例，擴大至其他市場上市。

LG TurboWash 360° 洗更快更省電
LG TWINWash 系列的雙層設計，讓上方可配置滾筒洗衣機，下方搭配 TWINWash Mini 迷你洗衣機，並可以依需求單獨或同時運作，且上置的機型可選擇相當多，幾乎可搭配LG 各式現售滾筒洗衣機與免曬衣乾衣機，消費者可以依需求自由選擇。而近期上置的滾筒洗衣機，引進大容量 21 公斤及精巧 15 公斤，消費者可依居家空間及需求選置，而大容量滾筒式洗衣機則能夠同步清洗棉被與全套寢具。另外，在洗淨能力上十，則搭載 LG TurboWash 360° 勁速洗功能，透過四面噴嘴將水柱與濃縮洗衣精噴灑於衣服上，並提供快洗選項，僅需39 分鐘即可完成洗衣程序，相較之前的TurboWash 更快約 34%，可節省洗衣時間及電力。

AI DD 更智慧的洗衣行程
另外，LG 在今年推出 AI DD 技術，這項技術是利用滾動方式偵測衣物材質及重量，再自動判斷洗衣行程，對消費者來說，不用再手動調整洗衣模式及時間，全交給更智慧的 AI DD 來決定。而這項技術目前有搭載在最高階的 LG SIGNATURE TWIN Wash 雙能洗機型上，不過還只是特定的洗衣行程，但預計在 2020 年開始，將逐步導入各式滾筒式洗衣機中。

TurboDrum 筒槽反轉技術更像手洗的潔淨度
雖然直立式洗衣機沒有滾筒式來得多變化，但第三代 DD 直立式洗衣機搭載 TurboWash 3D 科技，並搭配 TurboShot 潔勁噴射，結合 6 道瀑布水流與洗清噴射水流，加上 TurboDrum 筒槽反轉技術，將桶槽與底盤以不同方向扭轉，藉此模擬雙手搓揉的方式，讓衣物可以清洗的更乾淨，也更加省時與省電。

The ‘Announce Messages with Siri’ feature was originally promised for iOS 13 but was delayed to ‘later this year’ as Apple hurried to ship iOS 13 in time for the iPhone 11 release. It did not make it in iOS 13.1 either, but it has returned in the just-released iOS 13.2 developer beta.

You need to be an iPhone and AirPods user to take advantage of the feature. With the AirPods in your ears, you will be able to listen and respond to incoming text messages. Siri transcribes the message so you can hear the text without looking at your phone or watch. You can then ignore or immediately reply without having to say ‘Hey Siri’.

微軟今日的發表會可說是新品盡出，包含採用 AMD 處理器的 Surface Laptop 3、雙螢幕平板 Surface Neo、雙螢幕 Android 手機 Surface Duo 以及真無線耳機 Surface Earbuds，同時也更新了 Surface Pro 7 以及 Surface Pro X 兩款新筆電。多了 Type-C 連接埠的 Surface Pro 7
微軟推出新的 Surface Pro 7，外型大致上和前一代沒什麼分別，一樣採用 12.3 吋螢幕，可搭配 Surface 鍵盤以及觸控筆使用，處理器為 Intel 最新的第十代 Core i 處理器，最高可配備 16GB RAM 和 1TB SSD。

最大的變化應該是，終於加入 Type-C 連接埠（不過移除了 mini Display Port），可惜的是此 Type-C 連接埠並未支援 Thunderbolt 3，對於想要外接裝置用的人可能會稍嫌失望。

Surface Pro 7 預計 10/22 在美國開賣，售價 749 美元起（相當於台幣 23,300 元）。

ARM 架構 Surface Pro X 平板筆電
除了 Surface Pro 7 之外，微軟今日也發表了新的筆電 Surface Pro X，久違的採用 ARM 架構，處理器為微軟和高通合作開發的特製晶片 SQ1，可支援完整版的 Windows 作業系統。

Surface Pro X 螢幕為 13 吋 2880 x 1920 解析度面板，鍵盤上方多留下觸控筆凹槽，可放置新的比較扁的 Surface Slim Pen 觸控筆，且可為觸控筆自動充電。

Surface Pro X 售價為 999 美元起，預計 11/5 在美國上市。

自去年發表 Surface Headphones 頭戴式耳機，正式進軍音訊類產品後，微軟趁勝追擊於今天的 Surface 全球發表會上，首度亮相了自家第一款真無線耳機 Surface Earbuds，這對於廣大的真無線耳機市場而言，微軟只是一個後進的競爭者，不過對於 Surface 設備的使用者來說，這耳機可能挺有吸引力。
如同市場中其它的真無線耳機，Surface Earbuds 同樣擁有一鍵快速配對的功能，並兼容所有藍牙設備，從外型來看，雖然充電盒看上去幾乎與三星的真無線耳機收納盒大小無異，但 Surface Earbuds 耳機本體卻無比巨大且渾圓，不過即便機體本身看起來頗大，微軟表示 Surface Earbuds 經過人體工學設計與最適重量調配，能夠帶來全天候的舒適配戴感受。

針對續航力部分，微軟在發表會中並未提及耳機本身在滿電下的連續聆聽時間，只提到搭配充電盒可帶來 24 小時電力，而規格方面，兩只耳機皆內建降噪麥克風，外部亦採用觸控感應器，可藉由點擊或滑動來控制，尤其特別針對 Spotify 進行了最佳化操作設計，透過輕觸幾下即可開啟，即便手機不在身邊也可立即享受音樂，另外，也支援 Cortana 語音助理，使用者可與之進行聲控互動。

然而，Surface Earbuds 最大亮點是內建許多生產力功能，與 Office 365 深度整合，可藉由耳機完成包括 Powerpoint 幻燈片轉發、語音轉錄和即時翻譯功能（支援 60 種語言），方便地完成聽寫、翻譯、控制剪報等作業。

最後，Surface Earbuds 預計在今年底上市，目前僅有白色系，價格為 249 美元（換算台幣約 7730 元）。

除了很酷的雙螢幕平板 Surface Neo 之外，微軟今天（10/2）還出其不意的推出了折疊雙螢幕手機 Surface Duo。
新的雙螢幕手機 Surface Duo 看起來就像微軟雙螢幕平板 Surface Neo 的縮小版，兩邊各放入 5.6 吋螢幕，中間有可以 360 度轉的鉸鏈，攤平時就像一台平板，對折時可變成雙面顯示的手機。

除了作為平板用途之外，兩個螢幕可以同時顯示兩種不同應用程式，例如一面螢幕顯示遊戲畫面，一面螢幕顯示遊戲控制器，或是一面螢幕顯示 Office 應用程式，一面螢幕顯示鍵盤輸入等等。

雖然說是微軟推出的 Surface 手機（雖然官方並未明確稱之為手機，但姑且我們就這麼命名它），不過實際上採用的是 Android 作業系統，外媒 Wired 指出是採用 Snapdragon 855 處理器，但因為 Surface Duo 預計 2020 年底才會上市，因此目前並未詳細說明規格。

微軟在今天的 Surface 產品發表會中，正式推出「雙頭押寶」的全新 Surface Laptop 3 系列傳統筆記型電腦，不但維持與前代相同的輕薄水準，還在原有的 13.5 吋版本外，另外追加了 15 吋新機型，售價分別為 999 美元與 1,199 美元，10 月 22 日起開始接受預購。
全新的微軟 Surface Laptop 3 有幾項主要特色。首先，新機型將分為 13.5 吋與 15 吋兩個版本，前者搭載最新的 Intel 第 10 代 Core 處理器，但具體 CPU 型號目前還不得而知，重量則比 MacBook Pro 輕了半磅。

至於後者，即 15 吋版本的 Surface Laptop 3，則搭載了微軟與 AMD 獨家合作的 Ryzen 7 Surface Edition 處理器，以及 Raden RX Vega 11 內建顯示卡，微軟稱其為當今同類筆記型電腦中最快的處理器，不過具體型號同樣尚未公開。

微軟指出，全新的 Surface Laptop 3 將比 Surface Laptop 2 快上兩倍，更比 MacBook Air 2018 強上 3 倍，若從搭載 Vega 11 內顯的 15 吋版本來看，使用者若想玩些電競遊戲如《鬥陣特攻》、《要塞英雄》等，應該是毫無壓力。

本次新推出的 Surface Laptop 3 也全面擁抱了 USB-C 端口，並在機身左側加入了各一個 USB-A 與 USB-C 連接孔，拿掉了原先的 Mini DisplayPort 輸出，不但使 Surface Laptop 3 變得更加泛用，使用者也能透過 USB-C 為裝置進行充電。

至於微軟招牌的 Surface Connect 連接埠，在本次的新產品中依然保留，並且加入全新的 Fast Charging 快速充電功能。微軟指出，透過 Fast Charging 功能，一小時內就可以將 Surface Laptop 3 的電量充飽 80%。

Surface Laptop 3 的精確觸控板也有改動，相較於前一代放大了 20%，鍵盤行程也重新調整來到 1.3mm（先前為 1.5mm），間距則為 19mm，微軟也宣稱全新的按鍵設計使 Surface Laptop 3 在打字時能有幾乎無聲的體驗。

微軟也在發表會上特別提出，Surface Laptop 3 的上蓋能用一根手指就輕易打開，而且螢幕周遭沒有任何喇叭孔或橡膠緩衝。至於原先鍵盤區域（C 件）所覆蓋的 Alcantara 人造麂皮材質，在新機種上改為選配，標配則是全鋁合金材質版本，更貼近當代筆電設計。

最後更讓消費者感到驚喜的是，Surface Laptop 3 相對於過去的 Surface 系列產品，在模組化部分頗有進步，若要升級 SSD 或 RAM 只要將鍵盤上蓋移除即可，消費者即便自行升級也變得相當簡單。

13.5 吋與 15 吋版本 Surface Laptop 3，售價分別為 999 美元和 1,199 美元，10 月 22 日起開放預購。

今年可說是智慧裝置的雙螢幕元年，除了上半年三星發表 Galaxy Fold、華為發表 Mate X 折疊手機之外，微軟也在剛才（10/2）的發表會上推出了 Surface Neo，採用 Windows 10X 的雙螢幕平板。
微軟投入雙螢幕裝置開發多年，今年終於正式發表了 Surface Neo，不像三星 Galaxy Fold 或是華為 Mate X 採用可撓式面板，Surface Neo 簡單來說可以把它想像成有兩面螢幕的 Surface 平板，兩面螢幕皆為 9 吋大小，中間靠可 360 度轉的鉸鍊連結，裝在 5.6mm 厚的機身上，表面覆蓋康寧大猩猩玻璃，整體重量為 655 克，官方表示這是「有史以來最薄的 LCD」。

新的 Surface Slim Pen 觸控筆可以透過磁力吸附在平板背面，就類似三星 Galaxy Tab S6 和 S Pen 的吸附方式一樣。比較特別的是實體鍵盤設計，為 Surface Neo 打造的實體鍵盤也可以透過磁力吸在第二螢幕上，而螢幕和鍵盤之間未滿版的空間則變成第二小螢幕，微軟稱之為 Wonder Bar（類似 Macbook 電腦 Touch Bar 的感覺，只不過螢幕比較大）。

為了要讓雙螢幕的平板操作方便，微軟設計了 Windows 10X，一樣可以使用 Windows 10 上的各種 app，例如 Office，不過介面更貼近行動裝置操作的風格，內建 Intel Lakefield 處理器，預計 2020 年底才會正式推出。

Microsoft has unveiled its latest laptops and convertible 2-in-1 devices at an event today in New York City. 雲端串流遊戲戰場千萬變化，Google Stadia 還未全面上線，Sony 推行已久的 PlayStation Now 服務率先降價應戰，不但將月費從原本的 20 美元直接砍半來到 10 美元，就連許多近期的招牌大作也隨之上架。
PlayStation Now 服務最初於 2014 年登場，當時 Sony 決定採用雲端串流、月費訂閱的方式營運，引起玩家間廣泛討論，直到 2019 年，眾多廠商如 Google、Ubisoft、微軟等也紛紛踏上相同的道路後，大家才發現 Sony 的想法有多麼具備前瞻性。

當然身為先驅者，Sony 在 PlayStation Now 發展初期也招來一些非議，如過高的收費定價、遊戲庫數量不足、連線品質差等經常遭到抨擊的問題，尤其一度推出「遊玩 4 小時要價 4.99 美金」，如此的瘋狂收費方案，直到後來才逐漸改善並採行月費訂閱制，玩家數量也跟著為之增長。

面對來自 Google Staida 與 Xbox Game Pass 等同類服務的競爭，Sony 現在也進一步合理化 PlayStation Now 的收費價格，簡而言之就是「直接砍半」。

美區 PlayStation Now 月費從 19.99 美元，降為 9.99 美元；季費從 44.99 美元降為 24.99 美元；年費從 99.99 美元降為 59.99 美元。而台灣玩家較關心的日本區收費，同樣打對折將月費 2,500 日幣降為 1,180 日幣，折合台幣約 340 元。

不但整體收費大幅下調，PlayStation Now 即日起也導入許多大作，如《戰神》、《俠盜獵車手 V》、《惡名昭彰：第二之子》與《秘境探險 4：盜賊末路》，直到 2020 年 1 月前，所有 PS Now 訂閱玩家都可以暢玩上述四套遊戲。

雖然 PlayStation Now 服務並未在台灣上線，不過玩家只要擁有日本或美國的 PlayStation 帳號，並且具備能跨國交易的信用卡，網路夠力的情況下依然可以跨區使用 PS Now，而且部分 PlayStation Now 上的 PS4 遊戲，也已經開放了下載至主機的功能，即便網速慢一點仍然可以開心遊玩！

一名雅虎前軟體工程師Reyes Daniel Ruiz日前於美國法院認罪，承認他駭進超過6000個以上的雅虎使用者帳戶，搜尋這些用戶的個人隱私照片以及紀錄，用來加入他個人的情色影音「蒐藏」。
根據美國聯邦調查局的探員表示，Reyes Daniel Ruiz今年 34 歲，興趣是「蒐藏情色影片以及照片」。他在雅虎擔任軟體工程師超過十年，藉由職務之便，透過雅虎的內部系統駭入了超過 6,000 個以上的雅虎帳號，目標都鎖定在年輕女性。不過，他也不是無差別攻擊，而是挑選他感興趣的才會駭入，其中也包括他的同事、以及他的朋友。

但雅虎的雲端服務並不多，光靠雅虎郵件其實是看不到什麼內容的。取得的雅虎帳號對他來講，只是一個用來攻破寶庫的入門磚。身為一個軟體工程師，Reyes Daniel Ruiz懂得使用者同一組帳號不會只用在一個地方。

「當他得以存取受害者的雅虎信箱之後，他就會如法炮製用相同的帳密來找尋受害者的iCloud、Facebook、Gmail、DropBox以及其他的雲端帳號，用來尋找裡面的私密圖片以及影片。」聯邦探員表示，之後Reyes Daniel Ruiz將這些搜尋到的影音，備份到他自己家中的硬碟。

Reyes Daniel Ruiz在今年四月遭到聯邦探員的逮捕，不過在這之前，當他的行為受到雅虎的懷疑的時候，他就已經先破壞了他用來儲存這些偷來的情色影音的電腦以及硬碟。

Reyes Daniel Ruiz因入侵電腦的罪名面臨最多5年監禁，以及25萬美元罰款外加賠償。本案的聽證會預定將於2020年2月3日舉行。
